Injection moulding

 Molding shop works in three shifts equipped with 39 presses having a range capacity of 35 to 250 tons. This highly automated process is served, per each press, by robots (2 or 3 axis) for picking parts; there is an island edge press with anthropomorphic robot for picking and assembling molded components.
Each press is controlled for the temperature regulation of the molds, which are able to operate at high temperatures for molding super polymers. These are also used for molding temperature regulated with steam for the production of aesthetic components free of visible welding lines of raw material.
The vacuum system for feeding presses ensures continuity of production and processing raw material without the risk of contamination of raw materials.
