Elettroplast S.r.l.'s commitment to maintaining production excellence is reinforced by a new, significant investment. The company has upgraded its P010 press, introducing the arlredy workin Arburg 370S-700-170. Keeping updated the press fleet allows the company to ensure high process quality and excellent production OEE, erasing the risk of downtime due to malfunctions or breakdowns. This goal leads the company to replace 3 to 4 presses each year. The 2025 fleet upgrade plan includes:

  • Press P017 Arburg 470S-1100-290 – Started April 2025
  • Press P028 Arburg 470A-1000-290 Electric – Started April 2025
  • Press P010 Arburg 370S-700-170 – Started September 2025
  • Press P024 Arburg 630A-2500-800 Electric – Arriving November 2025

Elettroplast’s press fleet with got an average age of 7.9 years per unit, and 33% of the machines are electric, ensuring a significant reduction in energy consumption and maximum precision.
